Following a lifetime of participation in various extempore, debates and discussions, Anubhav took the decision to turn his passion for personal excellence into a Career. After graduating from Delhi, he went for a post-graduation in Management from the Indian Institute of Management, Indore where he completed the initial qualifications in organizing and managing a business. Upon exploration into the role of training as a Career, Anubhav completed additional studies and research in Personal Grooming and Public Communications, to continue to coach people in the pursuit of their goals specializing in Personality Development, Grooming, Etiquettes and Leadership.

Dhruv Bhushan is Managing Partner at Theon Investments. Prior to Theon, Dhruv worked as a management consultant with Accenture, interned with the private equity team of Marsh and led several entrepreneurial ventures. He holds an MBA from the Indian Institute of Management and is a graduate in Economics from the Delhi University. He is known for his keen sense to spot potential opportunities and leading teams to build on them. His experience in business, coupled with a passion for training and public speaking helps him shape the firm direction and growth path of the students
