Mrs. Sangeeta Banerjee is a distinguished educationist, academic leader, counsellor, and administrator with over 30 years of experience in teaching, student counselling, academic administration, and institutional leadership.

Former Principal – City Montessori School, Gomti Nagar Extension Campus (2014 – 2025)

As Principal, she led the institution with a strong focus on academic excellence, holistic student development, teacher empowerment, and institutional growth. Under her leadership, the campus received the Adhyayan National Gold Award, Wipro Earthian Award, and Paryavaran Mitra Award, while consistently achieving outstanding board examination results.

Teaching , Counselling, and Academic leadership

Mrs. Banerjee has extensive experience in teaching, curriculum implementation, student counselling, and career guidance, with a deep understanding of child development, student well-being, and contemporary educational practices. She has consistently promoted value-based, inclusive, and holistic education that nurtures intellectual, emotional, and ethical growth.

She has contributed to teacher education through interactions with B.Ed. students at Amity University and has been associated with SPARC INDIA and SEWA, supporting inclusive education, women’s empowerment, and community development initiatives.
